Nicks Guitars / Rosewell Amps

Just a quick plug for some local to me guitar and amp specialists that have been very helpful:

Nicks Guitars

Nick is a fantastic bloke and I highly recommend visiting him, especially if you’re up north. Its great to be able try or buy a guitar in confidence and not have to trawl around guitar shops dealing with pushy staff, he has some great stuff both vintage and new, at good prices and regularly frequents the guitar shows up this way.

While on the subject, its worth mentioning Dave at Rosewell Amps. Dave has been absolutely invaluable in keeping Wolf People amps and equipment fettled. He deserves some sort of promotion on here and I can’t recommend him enough, he’s recently serviced amps for the Arctic Monkeys and will happily take on all sorts of jobs on old valve equipment and pedals. If you’re in the Yorkshire area and need a good amp tech then Dave is your man.
